cocoanuts, embassies and prayer

Sucking on a coconut is not the worst thing i ever did. slightly bitter taste and not kind of milkly as i thought it might be. Then i also thought that coconuts were brown and hairy. But then i used to think oranges were orange.

Like a good Irish man I am off to visit the UK embassy in morning as our good neighbours are our representatives in Cambodia.

Cambodians are quite religious and little temples abound in all kind of places such as hotel and restaurant lobbies and the offerings are diverse and all to bring good luck to the establishment and a few can of beer are as good an offering as meat and flowers
