God works in mysterious ways and maybe his ways sometimes involve a fan, hot weather and patience BUT my laptop has been resurrected. I think my desire to follow the conclave might be a significant factor.
Anyway for those of you who have been following joe bloggs here I think you deserve a bit of a laugh. This is moi avec an indian volunteer going bush in Bunong garb.
Bunong are an ethnic minority of animist tendency in a very buddhist (but beer swilling) land. And the waterfalls of this part of Cambodia are sacred to these people. Westernerns in bikinis swimming under the falls are like westerns in Lourdes in skimmpy gear.
So pray for the right white smoke...non Europe I hope.
